- In connection with the safety of guests, the Henschotermeer reserves the right to close in case of calamities, this also applies to online tickets in these situations. The Henschotermeer accepts no liability for any (travel) costs incurred.

- Even if Henschotermeermeer cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, there is no right to a refund. This therefore also means that we cannot guarantee you, on your chosen day, good weather. When buying an online ticket via www.henschotermeer.nl/boeken, the buyer explicitly accepts without reservation the applicability of these general terms and conditions and the rules, as laid down in the Henschotermeer site regulations.

- The Terrain Regulations can be viewed via the following link https://henschotermeer.nl/terreinreglement. The General Terms and Conditions and the Terrain Regulations are governed exclusively by Dutch law. In all other cases the management or the board decides.
